My New Liv Avail Advanced Pro Bike

I know what it is like to be new to the cycling world.... it can be really intimidating!!! I was an indoor cycling coach at Flywheel Sports for two years and decided to take my talents outdoors when I moved to Seattle. I rode my first century ride within a month of buying my first bike. Then I signed up for my first Ironman and another century ride and here we are today! I recently joined the Liv Cycling USA Ambassador Program and I hope to grow the women's cycling community and make cycling more approachable and welcoming.

So, with that being said, I finally got a new bike! This is my Liv Avail Advance Pro. I love this bike because I feel it was made for my body- Liv is designed for women by women. The bike is very light and fast and it's even capable on dirt and gravel as well as pavement. I can literally ride it anywhere! I took it out for a test ride today. Here's some highlights about the bike: -SRAM Force AXS eTap- wireless electronic shifting! This made everything SO MUCH EASIER. It's literally a button and it shifted smoothly! -Disc Brakes. These felt great and they were so powerful! I had a long descent and man,,,was I so happy for these brakes! -Women-Specific Frame. I have an XS. I took up a LONG challenging climb today and this bike had me seated the whole time. This bike made me feel confident in the climbs and descents! It's very light and the saddle is comfortable.

Please don't be intimidated by all the fancy cycling jargon. It took me a while to learn what everything is-I'm still learning to be honest! All in all- I would definitely recommend this bike!! You can learn more about this Avail here. She is seriously a beauty! I have some other things I want to get for my new bike which include a new bike computer, a power meter, a new kit, and invest in new road shoes! I will keep you guys updated!
